Vintage Kitchens Unveils Redesigned Website by Danconia Media

CONCORD, N.H., Oct. 18, 2012 – Vintage Kitchens, a full-service kitchen and bath remodeling company, has launched a website completely redesigned by leading New England web design and marketing firm Danconia Media.

The site – located at www.vintagekitchens.com – features an extensive portfolio showcasing Vintage Kitchens' traditional, contemporary, craftsman, shaker and other style projects. Vintage Kitchens uses quality granite, soapstone, solid surface and wood during its remodeling projects.

Danconia Media's web team built the site using Joomla!, a robust and user-friendly content management system (CMS). The platform enables Vintage Kitchens to maintain the site in-house rather than paying a third-party agency for updates. As part of the web design package, Vintage Kitchens' staffers received CMS training.

Since the CMS is open-source, it is free to use and highly customizable. At the same time, it offers the same – if not better – functionality than proprietary CMS's that can cost tens of thousands of dollars per year in licensing fees alone.

Vintage Kitchens was founded in 1995, and moved into its Concord showroom in 1997. The showroom is located in an 1850s brickhouse at 24 South Street.
