Trade Adjustment Assistance Marketing and Web Design Grants
Trade Adjustment Assistance for Firms (TAA) is a federal program created to help manufacturers experiencing declining revenues due to foreign trade. Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the program is intended to help manufacturers from a wide variety of industries – including furniture, electronics and medicine – stay competitive by properly spreading their message and retaining their work forces.
The grants cover 75% of costs for projects under $30,000 and 50% for ones exceeding that amount. Companies that received the grants have seen their sales figures increase an average of 30% and their productivity jump 44%, according to a recent survey of recipient manufacturers. While most TAA recipients have annual sales ranging from $3 million to $30 million, assistance is available for companies with larger and smaller revenues.
We at Danconia Media have experience helping manufacturers use TAA grants to better market their products through digital and traditional means. Grants are available for a broad range of marketing initiatives, including web design, Internet marketing, e-commerce engineering, market research, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), print design, logo design, graphic design and branding.
