Residential Resources, Inc. (RRI), which provides life-enhancing support for people with developmental and acquired disabilities, needed its website to appeal to the broad range of people who support and depend on the organization. We completely overhauled its web presence so RRI could better market its cause online.

The website – located at www.resresources.com – has several advanced features, including a job listings database and an events manager, both of which can easily be maintained in-house. Using the site, visitors can learn about RRI's services, history, leadership, participants, providers and latest news, among other things.

We engineered the site using a remarkably robust, yet user-friendly, content management system (CMS). The platform enables RRI to maintain its website internally rather than relying on a third-party firm for updates. This saves RRI considerable maintenance costs in the long-term. And since the CMS is open-source, it lacks the costly licensing fees that proprietary solutions carry.

Established in 1988, RRI supports more than 200 disabled people throughout New Hampshire, Maine and New York. The organization helps clients with Prader-Willi Syndrome, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, traumatic brain injuries, autism and other disabilities. RRI employs more than 450 direct support professionals, program managers, supervisors, regional directors, registered nurses and other staffers.

Headquartered in Keene, RRI has offices in Manchester, N.H.; Scarborough, Maine; Peru, N.Y., and Ballston Lake, N.Y.
