WEARE, N.H., May 13, 2009 – Danconia Media today announced the launching of a new program designed to benefit New Hampshire nonprofit organizations that lack enough funding to promote their causes via the Internet.

Danconia Media, a Weare, N.H.-based Web design and marketing firm, is offering professionally designed Web sites to qualifying Granite State nonprofits. As part of its 75th anniversary celebrations, Putney School, a private boarding school near Brattleboro, VT, held a competition to find the best logo to mark the occasion. Our logo, pictured right, was the one chosen. The logo was created by Matt Stillwagon, our head graphic designer. The school is planning a variety of festivities celebrating the milestone for this year and 2010.

BRATTLEBORO, Vt., April 3, 2009 – Danconia Media will be giving a presentation about Web site design and Internet marketing at the Wood Website Success forum Saturday, April 4 at the Marlboro College Graduate Center.

Danconia Media representatives will be informing attendees about the current state of digital and search marketing and how even small businesses can prepare themselves for the future. They will be presenting twice: during the morning session between 9 a.m. and noon and the afternoon session between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. They will be available for one-on-one discussions after the presentations.

CONCORD, N.H., March 30, 2009 – Danconia Media will be giving away a free Web site to a company that wins a drawing at the 18th annual Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Business Showcase on April 7 at the Grappone Conference Center.

The Web site, which would normally cost upwards of $5,000, will come equipped with a user-friendly content management system that makes it easy for anyone, even those with zero Web editing experience, to modify. The site will also come with a year of free hosting.
